15 best songs to belt out!

Well well well. Look who has come back to say hello. It's our favourite friend, the weekend! We're in a serious karaoke mood right now and can't wait to head to our bars to sing loud and proud. Nothing gives you that ultimate Friday Feeling better than a cocktail in one hand and a microphone in the other.

But what do we sing? That's the clincher. We need the kind of tunes you can belt out as loud as possible and feel all kinds of awesome after. If you're looking for inspiration, here's our top 15 hit list of the very best belter songs!

1. Mariah Carey - Hero

Is this or is this not the ultimate belt out tune ever? Whilst us mere mortals may never be able to hit a note like Mariah Carey can, we can still sing the karaoke version with every last puff of air we have.

2. Demi Lovato - Stone Cold

We've only added this brand new chart hit to our catalogue this week...so clearly this needs to be sung on repeat. Best performed just after an actual break-up, where you can use your real emotion to carry you through the chorus.

3. Frozen - Let It Go

There is a reason this song will never leave. It has the power to melt even the coldest of hearts among us. Just make sure you have a towel to hand when the Ice Queen thaws out after she finishes this amazing Disney track.

4. Whitney Houston - The Greatest Love Of All

Could we compile such a list and not mention Whitney? Hell no. With so many huge songs to pick from, we decided to choose the one that made us all want to hug and love each other.

5. Bonnie Tyler - Total Eclipse Of The Heart

Turnnnnn around Bright Eyeesssss will never get old. That is all we need to say on the matter.

6. Beyonce - Listen

Listen...she isn't called Queen Bee for nothing. Whilst we may never reach the actual high notes of her hit song, we damn well intend on giving it a go.

7. Aerosmith - I Don't Wanna Miss A Thing

Who knew a rock band could produce one of the most beautiful tear jerkers of all time? As soon as the intro kicks in, we get all the feels. Goosebumps. Whilst Steven Tyler's imitable voice makes this song one of a kind...we're positive you can make it your own too.

8. Sheryl Crow - If It Makes You Happy

We demand you try sing this and not feel just incredible after. Hit that chorus like you're going out of fashion. If you've listened to Britney do it in her *wonderful* movie Crossroads, you'll feel ready to take it on yourselves.

9. Michael Buble - Cry Me A River

This one just punches right in with a huge note and leaves you in panic mode that you're not going to be able to continue in this manner. Don't worry, you won't pass out. Just take a few deep breaths and power on through.

10. Sia - Chandelier

If you can sing this and hit those notes then we salute you. Chandelier is a song of all songs...a leader of the pack, a top trump when it comes to belt out tracks.

11. Taylor Swift - We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together

You may feel a little saturated with Miss Swift, but you can't deny that this song has the best feel-good factor ever. It's catchy, fun and you can scream the chorus out as loud as you like.

12. Neil Diamond - Sweet Caroline

Not only will this make your soul all warm and fuzzy, it's a guaranteed crowd pleaser. It's not quite a power ballad but it's a banger nonetheless.

13. Miley Cyrus - Wrecking Ball

This song made us believe in Miley again. Her innocence lost, her locks gone...but her huge voice still there. She literally smashed her way back into our hearts with Wrecking Ball. We will sing this at the top of our lungs at all times.

14. P!nk - Who Knew

You may not immediately think of P!nk when you're searching for those belters, but Who Knew is up there with the best of them. You may think it's super easy when you kick off the track, but don't be fooled. You're going to have to throw your head back as soon as you get to the chorus.

15. David Guetta feat. Sia - Titanium

Combining both the beat of Guetta and the vocal range of Sia, Titanium will remain one of our favourite songs for a very long time!
